Re:                    World Kindness Week

Kindness Promotes Good Health

Phoenix, Arizona, October 18, 2005 - Sandra Zerner, founder of G2B Good and Ethical Health, announced special presentations to coincide with World Kindness Week, November 7-13, 2005, a movement sponsored by The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation.

SANDRA ZERNER, M.Ed., offers a compelling presentation that teaches kids to be good people, not just good students. Sandra defines the term "good," then shares a personal story that touches the lives of kids in a dramatic way. The story of her painful journey to become a good person reaches kids on an emotional level and encourages them to see the good in themselves. Sandra has a passion for inspiring kids to do what’s right. Kids feel her caring and respond in a positive way.  This presentation also ties in with Sandra's other specialty, Ethical Health.

According to Sandra, there are two aspects to ethical health: one is having kindness toward others as a central focus of life; the other is feeling good about making kindness the central focus.  An ethically healthy person is known for the quality and quantity of kind acts he performs and feels good about the tremendous benefits he sees in others and receives in his own life as a result. In addition, his physical, emotional, and spiritual health improve.

“In a time when entertainment often focuses on the misfortunes of others and when cruelty to others is acceptable, I find that sharing the message of the importance of kindness is very powerful and touches people on a core level.  I am a good person. I will not and should not be ashamed or embarrassed about it. I will stand behind my morals and values.  And hope that others will be influenced by my beliefs and actions,”  Says, Sandra Zerner

Sandra Zerner, M.Ed. received her Master’s Degree in Education in 1988. Since that time she has worked as a teacher in classroom settings as well as privately in one on one settings. She has worked with adults as a Corporate Instructor for the American Red Cross, instructing groups of employees in corporations and businesses in First Aid, CPR, Using an AED, Sports Safety Training, as well as a Babysitters’ Training Course for teens.

Sandra is currently accepting new seminar dates and her schedule for the week of November 7th is quickly becoming booked.  In order to bring the message of Kindness and Ethical Health to your school or organization, contact Sandra Zerner at (480) 951-4986.
